It is one of the most reliable fences for cats and small dogs. The F8C collar of this system is made of lexan plastic which is the same as bulletproof material. It is tough, durable and is chew protected. The collar is also waterproof and rechargeable. The PAC dog fence has a warning tone prior to 4 preset levels of progressive stimulation which makes the collar suitable for most cats and small dogs from 3kg in weight.

The PAC electronic dog fence can contain one or more escaping cats and small dogs with extra PAC F8C cat fencing collars. When your dog with the collar walks into the Active Zone (set by the user, range between 0.5 – 2 metres from the wire), the collar will pick up a radio signal from the PAC boundary wire. Then it emits a warning tone to warn the dog that he is too close to the boundary. If the cat/dog stays in the activated area for over two seconds after the warning beep period, the system automatically emits the low/first level static correction. The longer the dog is within the active zone; and the closer his proximity to the wire; the greater the intensity of the deterrent stimulation (up to level 4). Thus, the well trained dog self-elects to approach the boundary; and if he runs at it, the system activates immediately with higher level of stimulation (depending how close to the wire).
