Garmin Delta Sport XC Anti Bark N Train Collar
The Garmin Delta Sport XC is a versatile remote trainer great for working dogs. This is one of the few models that have a bark control feature. The ability to have a remote trainer that doubles as a bark collar puts the Garmin Delta Sport XC in a class of its own.
Feature-loaded
Up to three collars can be simultaneously paired with one handpiece, with both handpiece and units fully waterproof, and they have a working range of 1200m. The collar units themselves are not bulky, recommended for dogs around 5kg and larger. The rechargeable battery can be fast-charged in 2-3 hours.
This is a great piece of kit for owners already familiar with remote training systems, however with a little bit of guidance anyone can operate the Delta Sport XC.
Customisable and simple
On the top left-hand side of the handpiece is the on/off button. This button also turns the bark limiter on or off. A small, circular LCD screen will light up when the handpiece is turned on. The ‘Mode’ button on the bottom left cycles through the training functions which customizes the button configuration. The two up/down arrow buttons on the top right are what control the level of Static Stimulation. This simplicity means Delta Sport can be customised easily to suit the needs of each individual owner.
Just beneath is a collar selector button that cycles through the different collar paired to the handpiece. To pair a collar to a handpiece, simply turn on both devices and select the appropriate colour. Set the handpiece to a number greater than 0. Holding down the power button on the collar, the collar beeps once, after 5 seconds it will beep a second time. Press one of the training buttons on the handpiece to pair.
