Dogtra 200c and 202c Remote Dog Training Collars
The Dogtra 200c and Dogtra 202c are mid-strength remote training collars, with the 200c being a single-collar unit, and the 202c a dual-collar unit. Both are easy to use and have a IPX 9 waterproof rating. Both have rechargeable batteries and will recharge within two hours. Batteries on the handpiece will last a long time thanks to there being no LCD display screen to eat through the charge.
Dogtra 200c
This single-collar unit is remotely controlled, with ‘Static Stimulation’ settings adjusted by a dial, and a ‘Pager’ that emits vibration only. On the side of the handpiece are buttons for the ‘Momentary’ (or ‘Nick’) and ‘Constant’ functions. The former will emit static for a split second, even if held down, while the latter will emit static continuously for up to 13 seconds before automatically cutting off.

The dual-collar unit also features the same adjustable Static Stimulation and Pager functions. Static Stimulation and Pager functions are colour-coded to match the two collars (orange buttons for orange collar, black buttons for black collar), with the level of stimulation controlled by a dial on the top of the handpiece.
The Nick and Constant functions are operated by a toggle switch, which users can switch between, with ‘N’ for Nick and ‘C’ for Constant. The toggle switch works for both collars.
Easy to use
Getting started with either of these two collars couldn’t be easier. There is no on/off button, instead, you will find a small red dot on the back of the handpiece, and a similar dot on the collar unit/s. All you need to do is gently press the red dot on the handpiece against the red dot on the collar/s that you wish to use, and a green light will flash, indicating that the unit is now on. To turn off, simply repeat the process and the light will turn red, indicating that the unit is off. For a video demonstration of how these units work, click HERE.
These units have a range of around 800m, however we recommend you operate the device within a 500m range. We also recommend not leaving the collars on for more than 10-12 hours and to wash the contact area regularly to avoid irritation and discomfort. It’s also a good idea to wash them in fresh water if they have been submerged in salt water.
These units are great mid-strength options for dog owners who want to train their dogs off leash, and the easy-to-use nature of these devices makes them popular for owners who want a stress free training method.
