Disruptions to Farms
We appreciate that many of our farming customer's operations and animal welfare are being greatly affected by the elimination or reduction of workers.
The importance of working dogs to maintain stock control and to assist these farmers with getting through the daily workload is critical during the lockdown period and this is where our dog products are assisting greatly. We also appreciate that some farmers are dealing with larger numbers of dogs on their farms while staff are away.
DogMaster staff are still working, taking calls & answering emails.
DogMaster has a sole staff person completing dispatch from Home. The dispatch of any products is via Contactless Courier Deliveries to maintain zero contact with our courier driver.
We can be contacted via our free calling 0800 364 627 number (0800 DOGMASTER).
Courier Protocol - Help reduce the spread of COVID-19
Please note Couriers have a new delivery protocol to help reduce the spread of the virus. Parcels will be placed on the ground and couriers will step back. Please note Couriers are working tirelessly but you should expect delays in receiving goods sometimes up to 5 days.
To all our customers around the whole of New Zealand, stay safe and we wish you and your families all the best during this unprecedented event.
